Terms of Service

1Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using CoPaste Online ("the Service", "we", "our") at copaste.my.id or any associated domain, you ("User", "you") agree to be bound by these Terms of Service in full. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must stop using the Service immediately.

These terms apply to all users — guests (unauthenticated), registered free-tier users, and paid subscribers.

2Service Description

CoPaste Online is a file and text sharing platform that allows users to:

• Upload files and text pastes and receive a unique 6-character access code
• Access uploaded content via the code from any device
• Share files via QR code or direct link
• Optionally enable Local Network Share to make files visible across devices on the same network
• Mark files as Private (any registered account — Free, Premium, or Lifetime) to restrict access to the owner's account only
• Manage all uploaded files via the File Manager (all registered plans)

The Service is provided on an "as is" basis. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service at any time.

3User Accounts & Registration

To access features beyond guest usage, you must register an account. By registering, you agree that:

• You will provide accurate and complete information (username, valid email address)
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your password
• You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account
• One person may not maintain more than one free account; creating multiple accounts to circumvent plan limits is prohibited
• You must be at least 13 years of age to register

We reserve the right to suspend or delete accounts that violate these Terms or engage in abusive behavior toward the Service or other users.

4Guest Usage

You may use the Service without registration as a guest, subject to the following restrictions:

Guest files are associated with your IP address and are automatically shared with all devices on the same local network. You acknowledge that any device on your network can see and access your uploaded files by code. This behavior cannot be disabled while using the service as a guest.

5Subscription Plans & Payments

CoPaste Online offers the following plans with distinct features and limits:

Payment method: All paid plans are paid via USDT on the BSC (BEP-20) network. No bank account or credit card is required. Payments are processed by NOWPayments.

• The Premium plan is billed every 45 days and renews at the same rate
• The Lifetime plan is a single one-time payment granting permanent access with no recurring charge
• Plan activation is automatic upon blockchain confirmation of your payment
• Refund policy: Due to the nature of cryptocurrency payments, all purchases are final and non-refundable unless there is a confirmed technical error on our part
• We reserve the right to modify plan pricing with at least 7 days' advance notice

6File Storage, Expiry & Deletion

Files are stored on our server and subject to the expiry rules of your plan:

• Guest: Files expire automatically after 3 days (fixed, cannot be changed)
• Free plan: Files expire up to 14 days (user-selectable: 24 hours, 3, 7, or 14 days)
• Premium: Up to 45 days (user-selectable: 24 hours, 3, 7, 14, 30, or 45 days)
• Lifetime: Files never expire (permanent storage) within the 300 GB disk quota, or any duration up to 365 days if you prefer

Expired files are automatically deleted from our storage. We do not guarantee recovery of expired or deleted files. You are responsible for maintaining copies of any important content.

We reserve the right to delete content without notice if it violates these Terms or applicable law, regardless of the remaining expiry period.

7Acceptable Use Policy

You agree not to upload, share, or transmit through the Service any content that:

• Is illegal under Indonesian law or the laws of your jurisdiction
• Infringes upon any copyright, trademark, patent, or other intellectual property right
• Contains malware, ransomware, exploits, viruses, or any malicious code
• Constitutes child sexual abuse material (CSAM) or any content depicting the abuse of minors
• Facilitates identity theft, phishing, fraud, or impersonation
• Contains personal data of third parties shared without consent (doxxing)
• Promotes, glorifies, or incites violence, terrorism, or hatred against any group
• Is used for automated scraping, spamming, or abusing the Service's rate limits

You are solely responsible for all content you upload. CoPaste Online acts only as a neutral platform and does not monitor or pre-screen user content.

8Content & Intellectual Property

You retain all intellectual property rights to content you upload to the Service. By uploading content, you grant CoPaste Online a limited, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to store and serve the content solely for the purpose of providing the Service to you.

We do not claim ownership of your uploaded content. We will not sell, distribute, or use your content for any purpose other than operating the Service.

All trademarks, logos, and branding associated with CoPaste Online are our exclusive property. You may not use them without written permission.

9Privacy & Data

We collect limited data necessary to operate the Service:

• Account data: Username, hashed password, email address, plan, account creation date
• Upload metadata: File name, file type, file size, upload timestamp, expiry date, IP address at time of upload
• Device fingerprint: A hashed identifier derived from browser/device characteristics, used for multi-device session management
• Usage data: Daily upload count per user for plan limit enforcement

We do not sell your data to third parties. IP addresses are used solely for access history, Local Network Share, and guest upload tracking. Transactional emails are sent via our own domain's SMTP mail server.

File contents are stored on our server as uploaded and are not encrypted at rest. Do not upload sensitive personal information, passwords, financial data, or any content you would not want a server operator to be able to read.

10Local Network Share Feature

The Local Network Share feature allows a file to appear in the upload history of other users or guests connected to the same local network (matched by IP address). You understand that:

• Enabling this feature makes the file visible to all users browsing CoPaste Online from the same network at that time
• Only the file owner (matched by account or upload IP for guests) can toggle this feature on or off
• Disabling the feature removes the file from the IP-based history of other users immediately
• The IP recorded when toggling ON determines which network can see the file — not the original upload IP

This feature is designed for sharing within trusted local networks (e.g., home or office). We are not responsible for unintended exposure caused by enabling this feature on public networks.

11Private Files Feature

Available on every registered plan — Free, Premium, and Lifetime. A Private file can only be accessed by the account that uploaded it — no one else can access it, even with the 6-character code. This feature requires a registered account and is not available to guests.

• Only the file owner can toggle the Private status of a file
• Disabling Private mode makes the file accessible to anyone with the code again
• If your Premium subscription expires and your plan downgrades to Free, your existing Private files remain private — Free-tier accounts can still use this feature

12File Manager Feature

The File Manager is available to all registered users (Free plan and above). It provides:

• A searchable, filterable, sortable list of all your uploaded files (up to 200 most recent)
• Single and bulk delete functionality
• Premium & Lifetime: Rename files, view storage usage statistics, extend file expiry dates, and export your file list as a CSV file

The File Manager data is loaded on demand (when you open the panel) and is not embedded in the page on every load, keeping the Service fast on low-resource servers.

13Disk Quota (Lifetime Plan)

The Lifetime plan includes a maximum total disk storage of 300 GB per account. This quota covers the cumulative size of all non-expired files stored under your account.

• Uploads will be rejected when adding the new file(s) would cause your total usage to exceed 300 GB
• To free up space, delete files via the File Manager or through individual file access codes
• The storage usage bar in your File Manager shows your current usage vs. the 300 GB limit in real time
• The 300 GB limit applies to file content only — metadata (file names, codes, dates) does not count toward the quota

14Account Suspension & Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate any account at our discretion if:

• The account is found to be in violation of the Acceptable Use Policy (Section 7)
• Fraudulent payment activity is detected
• The account has been inactive for more than 12 consecutive months (Free plan only)
• The account is involved in automated abuse, scraping, or API exploitation

Upon suspension, you will lose access to the File Manager and upload functionality. Your files may be deleted. You may request a review by contacting us.

You may delete your own account at any time. Upon deletion, all associated files and account data will be permanently removed from our systems within 24 hours.

15Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO:

• Warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose
• Guarantees of uninterrupted, error-free, or secure operation
• Guarantees that files will be preserved for the full stated expiry period in the event of hardware failure, data loss, or force majeure events

We strongly recommend maintaining your own backup copies of any important content uploaded to the Service.

16Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, CoPaste Online and its operators shall not be liable for:

• Any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages
• Loss of data, loss of profits, or business interruption arising from use or inability to use the Service
• Unauthorized access to or alteration of your content by third parties who obtained access codes
• Content uploaded by other users that you may encounter through Local Network Share

Our total aggregate liability for any claims arising from your use of the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid for your subscription in the 3 months preceding the claim.

17Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. We will notify registered users via email when material changes are made. The "Last updated" date at the top of this page will always reflect the most recent revision.

If you continue to use the Service after the effective date of any changes, you are deemed to have accepted the updated Terms. If you disagree with the changes, you must stop using the Service and may request account deletion.
